Does anyone know if I am having a serious problem with my login issues, if I go an re-install mac os x server 10.2, will this cause everything to be messed up? Do I have to re-install all my programs, or will it jsut write over the mac os x components and hopefully repair the corrupted files maybe?

ANyone know?

thanks

setup is the same as Client. You can do an install over the current OS and it will keep your settings, prefs, etc.

I dont know about server settings, special servlets, etc etc etc.

Do a good Apple Backup and maybe even a BUUP (Back Up User Prefernces (versiontracker)).

Even a Carbon Copy Cloner of the essential files you're not sure about.
