question about powerbook ram

i'm so confused about what ram i'm suppose to get for my 17". what pin am i suppose to get? 200 or 184? i'm looking at this, KingMax 512MB_PC-2700 DDR333_SDRAM, and am wondering if this will work on my machine. i had some trouble with ram in the past so i want to be careful before buying it. thanks
