Hard Drive not found

Any one have an idea why my hard drive would randomly stop showing up? It was in my fathers computer, he got a new one and gave me this one. Right before he took it out he restarted his computer and the hard drive did not mount. After I put the HD in my computer it does not show up at all, not in disk utility or drive 10, I cannot think of anything I have played with jumper settings for like 4 hours now and I`m quite sick of it.



Any ideas, I`m up to try anything now.
