Put a search field in the button bar of the System Preferences window so like in a Finder window someone could put the word 'Bluetooth' and find every preference that effects Bluetooth functionality.
Long Term Beef: when will a file's TIME be displayed along with its date in the Preview Pane? How much longer will a "Get Info" be required to view this simple information? Does anyone else have need for this, or am I all alone?!

Oh jeez.
Well, you could use the name field search that we have to do much of this, since *most* of the files are intelligently named.
What you're asking for, though, would require each preference inside each preference file to register itself as to what app/device/setting it controls. Oy. I just don't see that being all the feasible or practical.

Best to stick with the current setup. :}
1. Built-in auto-answering machine.
2. Piles (for those who like the idea).
3. Meta-data file system with optional on-the-fly encryption.
4. Some intelligent solution for everyday "repair disk permissions" duty.
