QT 6.4 and Brushed Metal
Hmm, so QuickTime 6.4 is using *another* version of brushed metal.
Side-by-side with Safari on 10.2.8 (v2), the windows controls (close, maximise etc.) are slightly wider apart.
Then we have iPhoto with the buttons very close together.
Then we have recessed buttons vs. slightly proud.
Could someone explain why we see all these variations?

Basically, iTunes, QT, and iPhoto all use "hacks" that try to simulate the standard metal interface that Safari, iChat, and iSync use.
