    Cisco has done quite a few systems like this for homes. Not really sure what the big deal is.

    there's all kinds of home automation systems out there.... nothing really new.

    Wasn't there an article in the last edition of Macworld that told you how to do something like this with a Mac?

    There were all kinds of MP3 players out there also, but Apple did it right.



    They could do the same thing with Home Automation and most importantly Home Security. Apple could make it extremly simple to turn on your computer and have a view of whats going on around your home from all angles (using iSight).



    If it were marketed right it would be a huge feature in the Digital Hub
