Networking OSX to XP

A long long time ago I asked how to network OSX to XP and some very nice person replied with exactly what should be done (set or typed on both the mac and the PC). If anyone could tell me what to do so that I can see the mac from the PC and the PC from the mac I will print your reply. I remember something about workgroup needing to be "workgroup". Please help.



Step by step would be so so nice if you can help.
