Israeli Army Chief of Staff Questions Israel's Strategy

I had missed this story. Israel?s Army Chief of Staff has questioned a number of core aspects of current Israeli strategy with respect to Palestinians. This fills me with hope and renews my faith in Israel and its people. It is also a wake-up call for those who think that these strategies make sense.



And say what you will about Israel, it certainly is an interesting and vital democracy to accommodate such public debate at senior levels.
