iSync not working!

I have a Nokia phone and a 15gig iPod. I used to be able to sync them with my powerbook but now with Panther it does not work!!! I did the most recent update for iSync as well. Anyone have any ideas?

    make sure your firewall is off.

    I have all the latest software including Panther. Help!!
