933mhz or 1ghz?

I'm looking to get a new iBook G4 14", my question is...is the extra 67 mhz worth the extra money? Will there be a difference in performance? Also, how much memory should I get? Would going with the stock amount and than getting a 1gig stick be a good option or should I max out at 640 (what apple says is supported)? Thanks a lot for the advice everyone.

    If you bump the HDD in the 933 to a 60GB, then you are paying $150 for 67Mhz. Not really worth it. You may not even need the extra 20GB of disk space so that's an extra $50 there.



    I don't know if the new iBooks will accept a 1GB SO-DIMM but I would definately get a 512MB for it.
