Entering cell phone numbers without Bluetooth

Is there any sort of program that will allow easy and fast entry of phone numbers into an older non-bluetooth cell phone?

Would I need some sort of USB to phone adapter as well?

If you have T-Mobile, you can actually send blocks of names and addresses to your phone through their web site. You can only send something like 10 at a time, but that's way better than doing one at a time in the phone itself.
