Master & Commander website on Safari

Hi Gang,

Has anyone gone to the 'Master & Commander website with Safari? I got the 'broken' Quicktime icon and nothing else. I suppose this means I need a plug-in of some sort, like Flash. I downloaded a version of Flash a few months ago but guess I did(or didn't do) something. IE works with this site, BTW.

Thanks, Steve

You may need a new version of quicktime. If you needed flash, it would tell you that. It's possible that your quicktime settings aren't correct with safari and they are with IE. Check your quicktime settings in system preferences. Good luck.

Thanks for replying, DMB. I did not see any Quicktime preference related to browsers, or Safari prefernces re QT. Can you be more specific?

    I have QT 6.4.
