How do you convert a Soundtrack project into an mp3 file?

I want to get the song into iTunes so that I can use it in my iMovie.



Soundtrack Help states that a Soundtrack song can be converted into an mp3 using iTunes, but provides no details on how to do this.



I've tried exporting the mix, saving the project with all audio files, etc. multiple times. And have then tried to import it into iTunes, but it never gives me that option. (Whenever I try to import, the file is "shaded" so I cannot select it.)



Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated!!

    Just toss the file into a playlist, select it and do "covert selection to mp3"
