Network Traffic In MenuBar?

Does anyone know if there is an app that displays network traffic in the menu bar. I'm a recent switcher and liked in Windows XP the little icon in the bottom right that showed the network send and recieve traffic. Your suggestions would be appreciated. Also, any other menu bar helper applications that you know of? Thanks folks!

    I really like WeatherPop by Glucose www.glu.com. Is there a listing of other apps that reside in the menu bar? Thanks again.

    MenuMeters is free. It works well, but I don't like its display options.



    Net Monitor is the best by far, IMO, but it's not free. It used to be. *sigh*
