System Preferences Continuously Quits w/ Panther

When I go into system preferences and try to change screen saver settings, system preferences will crash. Anyone else experience this?

    Read the FAQ in the genius bar. Try emptying caches and repairing permissions.

    Did you do the whole FAQ, or just the start? It helps doing it, that's why it's there.

    Oh, btw, look in ~/Library/Screen Savers/ for any Screen Savers. It sounds like you have a Screen Saver which doesn't like Panther.

    I think that's it, cause I had a desktop pic that System preference didn't like, wouldn't let me change it, I did one of those quick click on a difference folder before it quick. I guess it would let me change it, but I had to do the quick click attempt like 12 times before i got it. Try that. lol
