OS X Window Shadows...
You know what I reckon? (Well, obviously not, as that's why I'm writing this post, and you are reading it).
I reckon OS X would look a hell of a lot better if the window shadows weren't so think ? ie: if the shadow "thickness" of the active window was exactly what it is now on an inactive window, (and so inactive window shadows would be a bit less than they are now).
What do you think?
(And if only they fixed the "abberation" of the "inactive" window shadows at the bottom of the window ? a line that appears at the fading of the shadow when seen against bright colours).
My $0.02. m.

The Shadows tab (er, button) gives you very fine-grained contol over window shadow appearance.
