Firewire Hard Drive Back-Up Using iSync

Hey, I have a general question and would appreciate your help if you know how!



I have an external Firewire Hard Drive that I'd like to use as a Back-up to my iBook hard drive. Ideally I'd like to use iSync to synchronize files that I added, edit or delete from my laptop so that I always have a current back-up incase my laptop crashes.



Does anyone know if I can do this with iSync.



If not, is there any other program that I could do this with?

    Try Carbon Copy Cloner, a free download

    kwondo was right ...



    iSync won't do it .... but Backup will if you want to stick with Apple apps (not quite the same as syncing, but it will do regular updates of your "documents" folder or whatever.

    CCC will do syncing...

    actually it works pretty perfectly... much better then iSync ever has for any purpose...
