BTO options still a no no

The new G4 models released now unfortunatly did not bring with it the return of the digital audio style build to order. You can't config a 800mhz G4 with a dual 1ghz, and leave the rest of the trimmings out. You can't cut DOWN the price any more, you used to be able to shave an easy $500-1000 off a price, just add ram/hdd/vid later/cheaper



Maybe G5's?

    Hornet, they did the same thing with the 733 / 667 / dual-533 / 533 / 466 had the same kind of limitations. In time, the store will have more options. Basically Apple is snatching up all the early adopters.
