How do you run Unreal Tournament benchmarks?

I've heard Unreal Tournament 2003 benchmarks like "asbestos flyby" referenced to in quite a few threads. How to I run these benchmarks? I know where they're located, but I don't know how to open/run them.

    The easiest way is to use the program BenchUT2003. Head on over to MacBidouille. Do a search there for benchut2003. It'll take you right to it.
