Drivers + pref patch for CSI 4 port Serial card

I'm looking for drivers for the CSI 4 port Serial card (nubus) and the preference file patch mentioned in the open transport 2.0 readme (I know, I know, very old school) that it says will allow the card to work with open transport 2.0 and later. If anyone has them please let me know! I already tried looking at the mac driver museum and around the net but they have just the drivers, not the preference file patch.
