Color picker is screwed

My color picker is really screwed up. In iChat, if i try to choose a custom color for anything, it gives me an error. If i try again, it brings up the color picker, but the toolbar is empty and the only thing that shows up is the magnifying glass.

In iCal, if i try to choose a custom color, first, nothing happens. Then an empty window comes up. Then iCal crashes.

Same thing with system preferences, etc.

has this ever happened to anyone? it's really getting on my nerves.

Check out this thread. Try some stuff in there. I would go with trashing your caches. That should fix your problem. If not, try repairing permissions. Info on how to do those things can be found in the above link.

    i already tried that :/

the error i get in most applications is:

    NSRangeException:

*** -[NSCFArray objectAtIndex:]: index (0) beyond bounds (0)

Nevermind. I got it fixed. Somehow, everything in "/System/Library/ColorPickers/" got deleted. I had a friend send me a copy of the folder, and everything is fixed! Dunno how they got deleted tho (no, i havent been playing around in root )
