Where is that UT2k3 performance patch?

I heard that there was a patch for the OS X unreal tournament 2003, that was supposed to significantly improve game performance. Where can I get that patch?

    Placebo how much help is that patch and how much improvement for games is Panther from Jaguar? UT2K3 was almost unplayable on my PBG4 12" 876mhz with 640 ram and 32 Vram. I was disappointed.
