Help menu doesn't work after reinstall

I did a reinstall of 10.3 after that 10.3.2 did some strange things to my G5 (this problem has been discused somewhere here earlier). However after a complete reinstall of the OS I no longer get the Help menu to work. An emty window shows when I click the Help meny. Have anyone of you guys experiensed the same kind of problem before. Can I restore the help function? Opening the help file under Library/Documentation... works...

    Ok, I downloaded OnyX and it fixed it. It really had a button just to fix the help system!!! Its now possible to close this!!!
