Any benchmarking tests between the PowerMac G5 2.0 and Xserve dual 2.0 available

Guys since the launch of Xserve dual 2.0 90 nm, there should be some sort of improvement in the performance and the energy consumption of the G5. Just wondering if there is any data available on that. How many transistors does the new G5 (90 nm) have, considering the fact there is a whole lot of space compared to the 130 nm G5 chip. Your comments are most welcome.
