iMovie 4 audio Waveforms?

I just added iLife this weekend and seems to be working fine. I'm cutting a 2 hour program on it this week so fingers are crossed ( I rememember getting iMovie 3 first weekend out ! what a 2 weeks of hell untill the updater patch). The one thing I notice right off is NO WAVEFORMS in the time line. Everything else seems to be there. Any tips? I'm running OS X10.2.8, 800 MHZ iMac with 768 megs of Ram.

Waveform was the main reason I switched plus I'm hoping the program is more stable than 3 is.

    Well I found the answer at the end of the audio help file in iMovie 4. Turn off AUDIO EDIT and ZOOM IN.



    We now have waveform...



    Good thing I can read...Duh...
