Hardware Preference pane?

I got this new preference pane and I don't know where it came from. It is called "hardware" and it seems to be from apple. I it is kinda cool because now I can turn off one of my processors and emulate my brother. Hey, I gotta brag to him somehow. Anyone know where this thing came from or what it was bundled with?

EDIT: "Show control in menu bar" does not seem to work for me. Other than that it is cool.

    It's installed with CHUD, a developer tool from Apple.

    Oh cool! I did just install those a few days ago. And I thought I was the first to find something cool & new from apple! Oh well, I'll keep looking.

    Now if you would excuse me while I remove my foot from my mouth...
