Color LaserWriter Mystery Paper Jam

I have an Apple Color LaserWriter 12/660 that was working fine. Then it was moved to a new location, and after putting all the toner and fuser oil back into the unit, powering it on, the printer is reporting a paper jam in the fuser assembly. Curious because I hadn't put any paper back into the unit. So I removed the fuser assembly, inspected it, and there is definitely no paper in it.



Something is tripping the Jam sensors though. Anybody have any ideas on this?
