g5 3rd party ram
i know ram is discussed a lot in here, but i couldnt find any relevant threads in the search for what i wanted, so here:
i know things might change with the rev b g5's, but i'm trying to get some prices on everything. apple ram seems really expensive, and i was wondering if anyone has had good luck with 3rd party ram and the g5. i dont want ANY performance sacrificed, but, from looking around, it seems like i can save like 400 bucks on ram. (i want 2x 1GB sticks) any advice is much appreciated.
