Final Cut Express batch capturing

I picked up a copy of Final Cut Express 1.01 with my G4 iBook and I'm starting to like editing in it. One thing that I can't seem to figure out how to do is batch capturing. Batch capturing is one of my favorite things about Premiere. I just mark my in and out points then tell it to capture. When I come back in an hour all my stuff is hacked up and organized nicely.



Does anyone know how to do this on the initial capture? Capture project only works after I've captured everything already, handy for back-up, but useless for my initial capture run.

For batch capturing you need Final Cut Pro not FCexpress
