Memory speed?

I'm wondering if any of you hardware experts can tell me if I will get a noticeable performace increase by using CL2 memory as opposed to CL3 memory in my G4. It's the latest entry level PowerMac (800mhz, 133mhz buss, no L3 cache). The memory that Apple used stock is a 256mb PC133 CL3 DIMM. I'd be looking at rerplacing it with a 512mb PC150 DIMM that claims "true CL2 operation at 133mhz." Any information or experience would be greatly appreciated.

Not super noticeable. But having more ram should make a difference. You could just add the 512MB and make the total 768 of CL3 speed ram.
