Airport Extreme - Mini PCI ???

I believe that the Airport Extreme card uses a mini pci slot.

Can anyone confirm this?

If it is true then has anyone tried using a different mini pci card in an AE slot?

Asus, for example, have a mini pci tv tuner. Hard to get hold of, no doubt, but the possibility of expanding an iBook or eMac is intriging.

    AE is mini-PCI. However, I don't think there's enough space in any of apple's computers for anything other than the AE card, nor are there OS X drivers.
