Crucial 1 GB DIMMs for DP G5s ($262.99)

I have been checking the site almost daily for a month or so and I'm pretty sure this is a new offering from Crucial. At this price and considering future 'developments' may make more and more RAM a necessity, would this not be the best choice for upgrading the DP G5s?
