Troublesome iDVD menu
I have a troublesome DVD menu I would like to kill. I imported a movie with 21 chapters and iDVD added buttons for each. That is cool but I deleted 3 buttons and merged all the remaining buttons to 3 menus and now I have a spare menu with no buttons.
How do I get rid of it!
I can't think of anything left to click.

EDIT: I'm using 3.0.1 on a Dual G5. The media clip was imported from Final Cut Pro which also contained chapter markers.
