share my itune + ipod

I have two questions, the first one is:
Is it possible to share my music from my itune library to someone who has a PC. I share some of my music in putting into my public folder in my idisk but it takes a lot of time and I don't have enought space left.
My second question is:
I bought a mini ipod I 'd like to connect it into my car stereo system, I heard in the bay area using the itrip is not great because there are a lot of frequencies, and it jumps. But someone told me if you don't want to replace your cd player for a K7 player, you can install a cable audio out next to your CD player, that way you can plug your ipod directly into this audio out. Could you talk to me more about it.
