Video RAM error disp/13/2

My system seems to be running fine. Once a month, I run the Apple Hardware Test just to be safe. Within the time I last ran it, I installed Panther 10.3.3 and now I get a message that my Video RAM has an error.

The message displayed is: disp/13/2

Anyone else have this issue and is my Video RAM really corrupted?
