well the day of reckoning has arrived! intel is admitting that clock speed isnt a true measure of performance anymore, and is re-naming their chips based on some new system they made up.



here's my favorite quote from intel:

""It's the sum of processor features. The focus on gigahertz isn't helpful to consumers anymore."
