sooooo faaassst...

How many here tried this browser yet? My first test page was ign.com; it leaves safari in the dust. Although it seems as that browsing in flash intensive sites slows it to a trickle sometimes.

Oh yeah, one more thing.

Fully implemented keybord browsing ain't there.\

    Yes, I think a few people here might know about Firefox:

    * Phoenix

    * Everybody should run out and replace IE (on PC) with Firebird .6

    * Mozilla Firebird help

    * Mozilla Nightly Builds

    * Mozilla Stuff

    * Poll: Your Favorite Web Browser

    * Firefox .8 is out

    You must be new here.

    It's a pretty good browser, but the Mac side is still not really up to snuff yet, IMO. On Windows, Firefox blows everything else away. On the Mac, though, much of the interface and features are out of place. The biggest drawback is Firefox's complete lack of services implementation. Services are the system-wide functions available "for free" to Cocoa apps like the spell checker. There are also some downright weird interface quirks that really stand out like the preferences pane using a sheet, the toolbar sheet not using a sheet, and that ever present window that sits off screen that refuses to close.

    Rendering speed, though, ain't bad.

    Rendering speed, though, doesn't make the whole browsing experience.

    Some of the extensions like AdBlock and x are nice.
