Cannot find Keycaps in OS X...

Does anyone know where the Keycaps program in OS X is. I cannot seem to find it. Thanks

    Is there any way of enlarging the keycaps utility because 1600 x 1200 it's a bit pokey, especially when trying to isolate a dingbat...
