Safari https bug

Why can't Safari still access many https:// adresses ? Hotmail, the new Renderman page from Pixar, many banksites,... I stumble several times a week on an adress somewhere that blocks me with Safari. IE works, though ...

Why is this ? Is it some VB-component, .asp, Windows security-something ? Does anyone know it will be adressed in a future update ?

    This page?

Why is this page https anyways...doesn't seem to contain any information that needs to be kept sensitive.

Works fine here too. Check your security settings. You probably need to enable the debug menu to give you more control over the options.

    Code:

    defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 1

Do that command in the terminal, restart safari and change the security settings there and see if it works.

Works fine for me even without the debug menu.

Still the same problems with https-pages (Pixar, Hotmail,...), even with the debugger and security changed. I really don't get this ...

Must be something outside Safari, but what ? Firewall maybe (don't have one, xept router in Airport )
