Getting Rid Of Monitor Ghosting

I recently bought a CompuCable switch box to share my keyboard/mouse and monitor with an HP machine I need for work.

The switch works well, however I am getting ghost images now. I can lessen them if I move the switch box and cables away from all the other cables and power supplies for the two machines, but that puts the switch out of reach.

Anyone know of how to minimize the interference from the other computer cables to get a sharp image?

Wrap it in tin foil? Might be worth a try Nah, what could be used to shield it off? hmm, maybe you could buy better cables who have a good shield in them. Of course, they're more expensive.
