Booting PowerBook from CD
I have a PowerBook G4 and I want to boot it from the DiskWarrior CD. I had to download the newest verison that makes it bootable in 10.3. So I have the DiskWarrior 3.0.1 disc and I tried all three of these things and none of them worked:
1. Change the CD to my startup disk and restarted
2. Pressed C as my PowerBook booted
3. Pressed option as it booted and chose the CD.
The thing is, when I used the option message it finds the CD, but when I try to boot I don't get anything. Just a blue screen. I let it sit there for over 30 minutes and still nothing. I konw that the disc is okay because I can use it on my PowerMac G4. Is there a setting on the PowerBook that I have to change? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
