iSync Doesn't Sync Correctly

I'm having a problem with iSync 1.4... When I try to sync my computer, iPod and Palm, it runs through without giving an error, but some things haven't been altered, such as Contacts, and the contents of the Bookmarks bar in Safari. However, I was able to get a bookmark stored in a regular folder (i.e. not in the bookmarks bar) to sync across to my .Mac account. Anyone know what's going on?
