Two copies of some songs on ipod

I have two copies of a few songs on my ipod and I can't delete the second copy.



I've tried all of the basic steps, deleting the songs from the playlist etc., but both copies remain on the ipod.



Any ideas??

I saw this the other day and fixed it by removing a trailing space from a Artist name.



You know which songs are duplicating, edit the Info on each and see if there is a trailing space...
