Not sure if this deserves a thread of its own or if it should be merged with the zillions of other threads in this genre, but....

It seems the US has been carrying out tactics similar to those used in Iraqi prisions in Afghan prisons as well.

Someone needs to be jailed for this. It seems apparent that they consider themselves above the law.

Sleep deprivation is a common tactic used in interogation. So is playing loud music and making them uncomfortable. That isn't considered abuse.

Abuse is sticking things in places where they don't belong, and forced naked pyramids. And that's cake compared to what happens to U.S. and coalition soldiers who are captured.

You mean like Private Jessica Lynch?

Who was cruelly taken to a civillian hospital where her injuries were treated? And whose captors attempted to release by driving back to her unit in an ambulance, a realease aborted when the car she was in was shot at?

I see what you mean. Rape and forced exposure of breasts for the cameras is cake compared to what the Iraqis did to Jessica Lynch DURING THE WAR.
