comp. repair
First off, I dont know if this topic belongs in here or AO, sorry if I am wrong.
I am going to college here in town this fall and am haveing no luck finding any work, so the past few days I have been toying with the idea of starting an in-home computer setup/mantainance/repair business and I have a few quesions that I want as much input on as possible:
1: Should I and/or the customer have any sort of signed agreement before work begins?
2: Is $15.00/hr a good rate, shops arround here charge like $30+ if you bring it to them, I would be going to the costomer, should I charge more?
3: Next year I will be doing the A+ cert, and I plan to do it sooner if I get the money, are there any other certs that I need or should have?
