stacked or non-stacked

I'm trying to get memory for my Ti PowerBook that I am ordering. Some sites say that stacked RAM doesn't heat as much as non-stacked RAM. Is this true? Also, are some memory brands better about heat than others? Should I worry all that much about this? ( I'm getting a 512meg module )

Thanks.

I have two DIMMs in my powerbook, and it doesn't seem to be a problem. Though, as I have mentioned before, I've had bad luck with bargain ram. I've bought ram from other world computing many times, and I've had 2 bad experiences. So it's about an 80% chance that you will fbe in fine shape.

crucial.com is a safer bet, though, and it's not much more expensive.
