Finder - view - show view options

Hi all...



is there any easy way to apply a "view option" to ALL folders in my hdd, no matter how I do it, I ended up to have to change the view option folder by folder, even if I go to the finder view menu - show view option - apply to all folders...



for what I can tell the aplly to all folders button don't do anything!!!!!!

as far as I know you have to open up the folder, the select the view option you want then close the window before doing anything else...And yes, you have to do this for each folder that you want to do it with...Of course someone else may know a better way....
