Changing country in my iTMS account?

Hi everyone!



Well...the German, UK and Frensh iTMS just oppened, huh?



But... i have a question for all of you Mac Genius'es:



I live in Denmark, and i have a account in the US with my Apple ID (for the PEPSI codes) - fake adress etc.



Now that the i.e. German store is available i'd like to change my country to "Germany" - but i can't!!! It says my account is only for the US... So does that mean, that when the iTMS will be available for the rest of the Europe i can't change my country?



Again: How can i change my country to Germany - from USA?

    Nope..it says "This account is only valid for music purchases in the US Music Store" (or something like that)

    In the "review account" / "review your credit card" window I can easily change my country. It says: "if the billing adress of your credit card is not in the US, click here". All the way on the top.

    Well, I don't have a fully registered account yet, so I automatically get the option to review my credit card information. Maybe registered user don't have this option?

    But, then what if you want to change the credit card your using?

    Exactly. i have a registered account with "no credit card" - can't change country...

    you know, apple cant cater to people who dont follow the rules actually, the fact that you want to buy music rather than steal it matters more to them probably.

    Have you tried going to Apple.com/de and then visiting the store and editing you apple ID details from there?



    For some reason my Apple ID had my address set to US, but I realised that if I went to Apple.com/uk/ then it let me enter a valid uk address.



    Also, I take it you are aware of the popup menu that appears on the ITMS home page in iTunes that lets you select your country.
