Is Apple making any headway with iPod mini orders?

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
This shortage seems to have been going on for a while now. I know it had to do with the hard drive manufacturer, but when I checked today, the estimated delivery was still 4 weeks!

    I haven't tried this but I've heard that if you check around at local Apple stores you can find some stock.

    That would be the ideal way, but unfortunately there isn't an Apple Store in Canada.

    I know they've ramped production, but with the international release coming soon, they'll be on a back order again.

    The buffalo apple store had them in stock a month or so ago, its not that far to drive from T.O. (if you need one asap)
