tiger 'origins' redux

I posted a while back about what I thought tigers most inovative feature would be. I figured it would be some sort of searching idea, I was thinking more on the lines of Meta-data, but nonetheless i was fairly correct. Tiger was the databasing technology put out my the census beauru many years ago, now it is the highlight of 'tiger' 10.4.
